Returns { wasmSupported: boolean; streamingSupported: boolean; simdSupported: boolean }

• wasmSupported: boolean

  Whether basic WebAssembly instantiation is supported.

• streamingSupported: boolean

  Whether WebAssembly.instantiateStreaming is available.

• simdSupported: boolean

  Whether WASM SIMD (V128) instructions are supported.
