Function mockDecrypt

mockDecrypt(key: string, ciphertext: string): Uint8Array
XOR-based fast fake decryption. Reverses mockEncrypt.
Parameters
- key: string
  Hex-encoded 256-bit key.
- ciphertext: string
  Hex-encoded "ciphertext" from mockEncrypt.
Returns Uint8Array
Decrypted bytes.
Example
```
import { mockEncrypt, mockDecrypt, TEST_KEYS } from "@sebastienrousseau/crypto-testing";

const ct = mockEncrypt(TEST_KEYS.aes256, "hello");
const pt = mockDecrypt(TEST_KEYS.aes256, ct);
