Function findKeyByVersion

findKeyByVersion(ring: KeyRing, version: string): VersionedKey | undefined
Find a key by its version identifier (checks current and previous).
Parameters
- ring: KeyRing
  The key ring to search.
- version: string
  The version identifier to look up.
Returns VersionedKey | undefined
The matching key, or undefined if not found.
Example
```
const key = findKeyByVersion(ring, "v1");
```
