Function aesGcmDecrypt

aesGcmDecrypt(options: AesGcmDecryptOptions): Uint8Array
Decrypt AES-GCM ciphertext.

Expects the format produced by aesGcmEncrypt: base64(nonce || ciphertext || tag).
Parameters
- options: AesGcmDecryptOptions
Returns Uint8Array
