    Function decodePem

    • Decode PEM to raw bytes. Returns the DER content and the label.

      Parameters

      • pem: string

      Returns { label: string; data: Uint8Array }

      • label: string

        PEM header label (e.g. "PUBLIC KEY").

      • data: Uint8Array

        DER-encoded content bytes.
