Wrap a key using AES-KW (RFC 3394).
Parameters
- kek: string | Uint8Array<ArrayBufferLike>
  Key-encryption key (16, 24, or 32 bytes; hex or bytes).
- keyToWrap: string | Uint8Array<ArrayBufferLike>
  Key material to wrap (must be >= 16 bytes, multiple of 8).
Returns AesKwWrapResult
