Function detectModernWebCrypto

detectModernWebCrypto(): WebCryptoModernSupport
Detect whether modern WebCrypto algorithms are available in the current runtime.

Checks for: ChaCha20-Poly1305, SHA-3, ML-KEM, Argon2, KMAC. Results are cached after the first call. Use _resetModernWebCryptoDetection() to clear the cache for testing.

Returns WebCryptoModernSupport
Example
